We do not collect any personally identifiable information, sentiment, or similar data. Information you manually provide for customization or modification of services provided by Hawksight will be shared with third parties only in the event that it's needed for the provision of services and data you have requested (which is explained in detail in this privacy policy).

    We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the changes here. If we choose to amend this Privacy Policy, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this Privacy Policy when we post the updated version.     Hawksight is the data controller responsible for your personal data and is the sole owner of all Hawksight branded services ("Hawksight Services") and all of the information collected on it. Hawksight does not collect information from users except if manually provided by the user.

    This privacy policy applies to data that we collect from you when you use our services. It provides information on what personal data we collect, why we collect the data, how it is used, the lawful basis on which data is processed.

    By using our services or submitting your personal data, you are taken to accept the terms of this privacy policy, so please read it carefully.

We will never sell or distribute the collected data. Once data becomes outdated or is no longer used or integrated into our systems, we will permanently delete the data.
